Jeremy Allen
Co-Owner & CEO
Licensed Home Care Administrator
For as long as I can remember, I have always felt a deep connection with the older generation. Heartwarming memories of “Mrs. Ethel” and “Mrs. Justine” from my church days, along with the privilege of being close to both sets of grandparents, have ingrained in me a profound appreciation for the wisdom and warmth that seniors bring. There was nothing I cherished more than spending time with them.
My journey into the world of senior care began with these cherished relationships, and my passion has only grown stronger. I’m Jeremy Allen, and my purpose is clear: to help and encourage seniors and caregivers alike. Whether it’s offering relief during challenging times, assisting in creating a future strategy for aging gracefully at home, or lending a helping hand around the house, I am here to make a positive impact.
With a solid foundation of education and over fifteen years of experience in senior care, I’ve honed my expertise to address the unique needs of seniors and their caregivers. However, my most valuable asset is the dedicated team surrounding me.

Megan Hornbeek Allen has always held a deep and cherished connection with her grandparents, a bond that has shaped her life in profound ways. Growing up, Megan was fortunate to reside in close proximity to both sets of her grandparents, allowing her to create enduring memories, from relaxing moments at the family lake cabin to learning about classic cars. These relationships left an indelible mark on Megan’s heart and soul.
Megan’s academic journey commenced at Oklahoma City University, where she was awarded a Bishop’s scholarship. In 2003, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion. Her thirst for knowledge and passion for education led her to Boston University, where she pursued two postgraduate degrees: a Master of Arts in Theological Studies in 2005 and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration in 2011.
